Can I use my sofa as a bed?
-- Yes, some of our sofas convert to beds. Most of the three seat sofas can also be comfortably used as single beds.
What are the seats made of?
-- The material varies according to the model and the client’s preferences. The most commonly used filling is a high density ( 30 kg/m3) polyurethane foam. The seats of some of our models are fitted with springs.
Can I order a size that’s different from what’s in your catalogue?
-- Yes. We can change the size of almost all models, as well as the size of individual details, to fit your space requirements.
How do you measure the size of an item?
-- Sizes are taken from items’ outermost points and indicate the actual space each of them occupies in the room.
What does your warranty cover?
-- Our warranty is between 2 and 10 years, depending on the model, and covers the furniture’s frame and legs as well as the sofa bed mechanism when the model has our branded VALINOR mechanism.
-- All folding mechanisms, which we buy from suppliers, have a warranty of 1 year.
-- The warranty does not cover damages on the upholstery.
Can you make unique furniture?
-- In some cases, yes, depending on our current occupancy. Please contact us for more information.
How long does it take to produce the furniture?
--Usually between 30 and 45 calendar days, excluding in-stock products.
How can I place an order?

Can you use upholstery different from the one in your catalogue?
-- Yes. We offer a great variety of upholsteries, including natural and faux leather, from virtually all importers in Bulgaria, but only a small number of them are shown in our website. Some of these upholsteries and leathers – by Italian and Belgian producers – are imported exclusively for Valinor. You can see a large range of upholsteries in our show room in Plovdiv, or you can send us a description of what you need and we can show you samples.
Can you upholster with my own upholstery?
-- When the product allows it, yes. Please contact us for more information.
What are the best upholsteries?
-- The most durable upholsteries are those made of 100% polyester or with a high percentage of rayon.
-- There are upholsteries that are fire resistant, water-repellent , pet-friendly, etc.
-- Colored cotton upholsteries are not suitable for spaces with abundant direct sunlight as they tend to lose their color.
How do I clean my furniture, can I wash the upholstery?
-- Yes. The upholstery of some of our models is fully removable, including the parts covering the frame.
-- With other models you can remove the back pillow cases and cushion covers of the seats for easy maintenance.
-- Most of our upholsteries can be washed in a washing machine. The recommended water temperature is usually 30°C. For some of the upholsteries, dry cleaning is recommended.
-- No bleach should be used on colored upholsteries. Make sure you read the cleaning instructions carefully.
