The base of the sofa is made from plywood, steel tubing, high quality particle board and high density polyurethane. The manufacturing method prevents any possible deformations and damage even during heavy hotel use.

The Max Toledo sofa bed, designed by Valinor, has been tested over time in dozens of hotels. It offers the comfort of a flat bed combined with a 10 cm thick mattress and a bed length of 200 cm. Easy maintenance

If the Max Toledo sofa is heavily used, you can wash the sofa covers weekly. The removable seat and back cushions have a double cover, which makes washing easier - you can use the sofa while the covers dry. Replacing the covers is as easy as possible.

Yes, the dimensions of the Max Toledo sofa can be customized. Is the sofa made to order?

Yes, the sofa can be made to order with an individual size, another fabric and legs in the color of your choice. In this case, the production time will be 45 days.

What is the production time?

If you order the standard version from the online store, the production time is 20 working days. If you make a personalized order, the production time is 45 calendar days.

Can the cover be removed?

Yes, the seat and back cushion covers are extremely easy to remove and can be washed in a washing machine at a temperature of 30 degrees. Under the fabric cover there is a second non-woven fabric cover, which allows you to use the sofa safely while the fabric covers dry. Usually this takes no more than a day.

What foam is used?

The standard polyurethane for the seats and bed is 30 kgm3. For individual orders, the seats can be made of polyurethane 35 kg/m3 or 40 kg/m3, or foam latex (even more durable over time). Each of these options is at an additional cost. If you send an inquiry, we will respond to you with a comprehensive offer.

Is it suitable for hotel rooms.

Yes, it is designed for heavy-duty hotel use. That is why the Max model is preferred for hotel furnishing. It results in a flat bed with the same thickness of polyurethane over the entire area. The thickness of the polyurethane is 10 cm.

Is it suitable for daily sleeping?

Yes, it is suitable for daily sleeping and for very heavy use.
